How It Works

  1. Email Processing: The automation checks Gmail for emails containing "inspection report" in the subject or body.
  2. Email Format: Emails should have subjects in this format: YYMMDD-Code1-Code2-Location-Details
  3. Spreadsheet: Information is extracted and added to the Google Sheet.
  4. Attachments: Any attachments are uploaded to Dropbox in the folder structure: /location/YYMMDD - Details

This is a manual trigger version of the automation that runs when the scheduled automation fails.
